General travel rules.

1. Cancelations:
31 days and more before departure the ticket is refundable and 200 dollars penalty applies.
30 days or less before the departure ticket become nonrefundable.

Exception of Cancelations
The penalty will be waved  in case of DEATH or HOSPITALIZATION of the passenger or immediate family members, however if the passenger paid with credit card a fee of 4% of the total fare will be applied. The passenger must provide letter from the hospital or the death certificate.

2. Changes
31 days or more change is permitted with a penalty of 200$ plus the additional fare, which may apply. 30 days or less before the departure ticket remains non changeable.

3. Unaccompanied Minors
Unaccompanied minors from 5-13 years old the adult fare applies.

4. Infants from 0-2 years old
If the infant becomes 2 years old while on the trip, the seat will not be guaranteed. It will be given the option to buy a seat with the price of minors from 2-12 years old.

5. Baggage Allowance
2 Bags of 40lb each will be  allowed per passenger to be checked in. One carryon bag of 14lb will be allowed.  No bags allowed for infants without seat

6. Excess Bags:
There will be a charge of 150$ per excess bag on our flights. All the bags waiting up to 10lb more then 40lb will be an aditional charge of 50$ at the time of check-in. This is very strict rule as per weight restriction.
